Please download our MS Word or LaTeX template which contains detailed formatting guidelines.

• Works must be written in English.
• Content must be original and not previously published or presented.
• Provide accurate contact details for the primary author.
• Indicate the relevant subtopic(s) for accurate peer-review allocation.
• Name your file using the format "BCCCE2027_Surname_Firstname" prior to upload.
• If submitting in LaTeX, package all source files (.tex, figures, .bib, etc.) into a single .zip archive before upload.

• Submissions are exclusively processed via our secure online portal.
• You will receive an account to track and modify your submission.
• Submissions will be peer-reviewed and featured in our ISBN Book of Proceedings.
• Publication requires successful presentation at the conference.
