Research Activities

• From 1968 to 1970, applications of isotopical methods to the study of hydrological, hydro geological and limn logical processes.
• From 1971 to 1983, studies on the economics of water and water management with a strong emphasis on mathematical modelling, both for simulation and optimization purposes.
• Since 1984 especially interested in identification and modelling of rainfall fields at all time-space scales. Development and application of geostatistical, fractal and multiracial methods for rainfall field and time series analysis. Member of the CNRS Common Research Unit 7619 (UMR SISYPHE).
